About this inquiry

This bill would establish a legislative framework which can be used by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) to impose gambling promotions restrictions on online content service providers. The bill would also provide ACMA with the power to (if directed by the Minister) determine program standards about gambling promotional content which apply to certain broadcasters and subscription providers.
