About this inquiry

This Bill seeks to amend the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 to enhance protection for certain species of dugong and marine turtles, and to increase transparency and accountability for the relevant agencies.
