On 4 October 2023, Mr Tony Press provided evidence to the committee regarding morale within the general Antarctic scientific community. On 5 October 2023, this evidence was incorrectly described as being in reference to staff morale specifically at the Australian Antarctic Division (AAD).

On 29 January 2024, Mr Sean Sullivan Deputy Secretary of the Department of Climate Change, Energy,the Environment and Water presented evidence to the committee regarding meetings with TasPorts. On 13 March 2024, Mr Sullivan wrote to the committee to correct the record on the timing and format of the meeting.
