Pursuant to Senate standing order 38(7), I present to you an interim report of the Senate Environment and Communications References Committee's inquiry into the effectiveness of current regulatory arrangements in dealing with the simultaneous transmission of radio programs using the broadcasting services bands and the Internet ('simulcast').
The committee is still deliberating and is awaiting further evidence. The committee intends to present the final report on Friday 12 July 2013.
