Pursuant to Senate standing order 38(7), I present to you the interim report of the Environment, Communications and the Arts Legislation Committee in relation to its inquiry into the provisions of the:
Renewable Energy (Electricity) Amendment Bill 2010;
Renewable Energy (Electricity) (Charge) Amendment Bill 2010; and
Renewable Energy (Electricity) (Small-scale Technology Shortfall Charge) Bill 2010.
The committee has completed the taking of evidence and the conduct of hearings with regard to this reference and intends to present its final report on Tuesday, 15 June 2010.
