Inquiry into the provisions of the Telecommunications Legislation Amendment (Regular Reviews and Other Measures) Bill 2005
Information about the inquiry
The Senate has referred the provisions of this bill to the Committee for inquiry and report by 11 May 2005.
The bill responds to certain recommendations of the 2002 Regional Telecommunications Inquiry (the Estens Report).
The Committee invites written submissions from interested individuals and organisations preferably in electronic form sent by email to ecita.sen@aph.gov.au. The email must include full postal address and contact details.
Alternatively, submissions may be sent to The Secretary, Senate Environment, Communications Information Technology and the Arts Legislation Committee,Parliament House, CANBERRA ACT 2600, or faxed to 02 6277 5818.
Submission must be received by no later than Friday, 1 April 2005.
