The Criminal Code Amendment (Prohibition of Nazi Symbols) Bill 2023 would prohibit a person from knowingly, and without reasonable excuse, displaying a Nazi symbol.
The submission deadline is 18 April 2023. The reporting date is 18 May 2023.
