Counter-Terrorism Legislation Amendment (Foreign Fighters) Bills 2014

On 25 September 2014, the Senate referred the Counter-Terrorism Legislation Amendment (Foreign Fighters) Bill 2014 to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report.

The reporting date is 17 October 2014.

The committee has decided that as another parliamentary committee, the Joint Committee on Security and Intelligence, is conducting an inquiry on the same Bill, not to call for or accept submissions, nor hold hearings.
