Migration Amendment (Clarification of Jurisdiction) Bill 2018

On 15 February 2018 the Senate referred the provisions of the Migration Amendment (Clarification of Jurisdiction) Bill 2018 to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 5 June 2018.

The deadline for submissions to this inquiry is 13 April 2018.
