SENATE ECONOMICS LEGISLATION COMMITTEE
CONSIDERATION OF TIME CRITICAL BILLS

1. The committee met in private session on 29 May 2017 at 8.51 am.
2. Pursuant to the resolution of the Senate of 10 May 2017 referring the provisions of time critical bills to legislative and general purpose standing committees for inquiry and report, the committee has considered the provisions of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Accelerated Depreciation For Small Business Entities) Bill 2017 and, by unanimous decision, has determined that there are no substantive matters that require examination.

The committee reports accordingly.
