Treasury Laws Amendment (Consumer Data Right) Bill 2019 [Provisions]

On 13 February 2019, the Treasury Laws Amendment (Consumer Data Right) Bill 2019 (the bill) was introduced into the House of Representatives. In accordance with the Selection of Bills Committee report no. 15 of 2018 as amended and adopted by the Senate on 6 December 2018, the provisions of the bill were referred to the Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 18 March 2019.

On 6 March 2019, the committee requested an extension to report by 21 March 2019
