Treasury Laws Amendment (Prohibiting Energy Market Misconduct) Bill 2018 [Provisions]

On 6 December 2018, the Senate referred the provisions of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Prohibiting Energy Market Misconduct) Bill 2018 to the Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 18 March 2019.

Please note that the Committee has changed the submission closing date from 11 February 2019 to 25 January 2019.

Revised submission closing date is Friday, 25 January 2019.
