Scams Prevention Framework Bill 2024 [Provisions]

On 21 November 2024, the Senate referred the provisions of the Scams Prevention Framework Bill 2024 to the Senate Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 30 January 2025.

On 27 November 2024, the Senate agreed to extend the reporting date to 3 February 2025.
