On 28 June 2018, the Senate referred the provisions of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Amendment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill 2018; and the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Regulatory Levies) Amendment Bill 2018 to the Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 13 August 2018.
