SENATE ECONOMICS LEGISLATION COMMITTEE
CONSIDERATION OF TIME CRITICAL BILLS

1. The committee met in private session on 12 June 2015 at 12:40pm.
2. Pursuant to the resolution of the Senate of 13 May 2015 referring the provisions of time critical bills to legislative and general purpose standing committees for inquiry and report, the committee has considered the provisions of the following bills and, by unanimous decision, has determined that there are no substantive matters that require examination:
   • Excise Tariff Amendment (Ethanol and Biodiesel) Bill 2015
   • Energy Grants and Other Legislation Amendment (Ethanol and Biodiesel) Bill 2015

The committee reports accordingly.
