Treasury Laws Amendment (Mergers and Acquisitions Reform) Bill 2024 [provisions]

On 10 October 2024, the Senate referred the provisions of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Mergers and Acquisitions Reform) Bill 2024 to the Senate Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 13 November 2024.

On 13 November 2024 the committee presented a progress report seeking an extension of time to report until 15 November 2024.
