On 21 March 2013 the Senate referred the provisions of the Insurance Contracts Amendment Bill 2013 for inquiry and report.
Submissions should be received by
19 April 2013. The reporting date is by 25 June 2013.
The report was presented on 13 May 2013.
The Committee is seeking written submissions from interested individuals and organisations
