Kimberly-Clark decision

Decision by the Federal Court in Kimberly-Clark Australia Pty Ltd v Minister for Home Affairs [2011] FCA 225 which upheld the 6 January 2010 decision by the Attorney-General to revoke a dumping duty notice related to certain toilet paper products exported to Australia from China and Indonesia, and the two anterior decisions that led to it.
