On 03 November 2011 the Senate jointly referred the Pay As You Go Withholding Non-compliance Tax Bill 2011 and the Tax Laws Amendment (2011 Measures No. 8) Bill 2011 for inquiry and report.

Submissions should be received by 11 November 2011. The Senate referred this inquiry for report by 8 February 2012.  The Committee has resolved to report  on  21 November 2011.

The Committee is seeking written submissions from interested individuals and organisations preferably in electronic form submitted  online or sent by email to economics.sen@aph.gov.au as an attached Adobe PDF or MS Word format document. The email must include full postal address and contact details.
