Information about the Inquiry

On 3 November the Senate referred the Corporations Amendment (Future of Financial Advice) Bill 2011 for inquiry and report. On 25 November the Senate referred the Corporations Amendment (Further Future of Financial Advice Measures) Bill 2011 for inquiry and report. The committee will be considering both bills concurrently.

Submissions should be received by 27 January 2012. The reporting date is 14 March 2012.

The Committee is seeking written submissions from interested individuals and organisations preferably in electronic form submitted  online or sent by email to  economics.sen@aph.gov.au as an attached Adobe PDF or MS Word format document. The email must include full postal address and contact details.
