operates a national 'Auditors and Liquidators Watchlist' ('Watchlist'). It is
an intermediate measure for dealing with conduct, which in ASIC's opinion is
culpable but not sufficiently serious to warrant taking the case to the CALDB.
The Watchlist is periodically reviewed and entries removed after three years if
no new matters of concern have been detected. Liquidators whose names are
entered on the Watchlist are informed of that entry but it is not open for
public inspection.
