Pursuant to Senate Standing Order 38(7), I present to you a report of the Economics Legislation Committee in relation to the provisions of the following bill:
- Federal Financial Relations Amendment (National Health and Hospitals Network) Bill 2010.
The bill was referred to the committee on 24 June 2010 for report by 24 August 2010. However, the intervening federal election prevented the committee from further examining the bill. Two submissions were received, and are attached for the information of the Senate.
