About this inquiry

This inquiry will examine four treaties tabled on 11 December 2013:

  • Air Services Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of the Republic of Serbia (Belgrade, 14 May 2013);
  • Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu relating to Air Services (Port Vila, 2 July 2013);
  • Convention between Australia and the Swiss Confederation for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income, with Protocol (Sydney, 30 July 2013); and
  • Arms Trade Treaty (New York, 2 April 2013)
