Certain Aspects of the Treaty-making Process in Australia

On Monday, 15 June 2020, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Senator the Hon Marise Payne, asked the Joint Standing Committee on Treaties to inquire into and report on Certain Aspects of the Treaty-Making Process in Australia.

The Committee invites submissions addressing any or all of the terms of reference for the inquiry. Submissions are requested by Friday, 31 July 2020.
