Treaty tabled on 18 June 2014

The World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement on Trade Facilitation Text as adopted at Bali on 7 December 2013 was referred to the Committee for inquiry on 18 June 2014. Following advice from the Government, the Committee agreed to suspend consideration of this treaty action on 13 August 2014.  On 18 December 2014 the Minister requested that the Committee resume the inquiry. 

The World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement on Trade Facilitation: Protocol Amending the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (including the Agreement on Trade Facilitation annexed to that Protocol) [Agreement on Trade Facilitation originally adopted at Bali on 7 December 2013; Protocol adopted at Geneva on 27 November 2014] was referred to the Committee for inquiry on 25 February 2015.
