  • Treaty between Australia and the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the Ongoing Presence of Australian Personnel in the Netherlands for the Purpose of Responding to the Downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 (The Hague, 18 December 2018).

This inquiry lapsed when the Joint Standing Committee on Treaties ceased to exist at the dissolution of the Senate and the House of Representatives on Monday, 11 April 2019.  The Joint Standing Committee on Treaties resumed the inquiry following its re-referral by the Minister for Foreign Affairs on 29 July 2019.
