About this inquiry

Three treaties are under consideration:

  • Amendment to the Annex to the Protocol on Trade in Services to the Australia New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement (Canberra, date TBA)
  • Treaty on Economic Cooperation between the Government of Australia and the Government of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea (Port Moresby, 21 March 2014)
  • World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement on Trade Facilitation Text as adopted at Bali on 7 December 2013  (Following advice from the Government, the Committee has agreed to suspend consideration of this treaty action)
