Airline Passenger Protections (Pay on Delay) Bill 2024

On 16 May 2024, the Senate referred the Airline Passenger Protections (Pay on Delay) Bill 2024 to the Rural and Regional Affairs and Transport Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 18 November 2024.

On the 26 June 2024, the committee agreed to extend the submissions closing date to 30 August 2024.

On 10 October 2024, the Senate granted an extension of time to report to 25 November 2024.
