National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Participant Service Guarantee and Other Measures) Bill 2021

On 21 October 2021, the Senate referred the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Participant Service Guarantee and Other Measures) Bill 2021 to the Senate Community Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report, contingent upon the introduction of the bill in the House of Representatives.

Submission are sought by 8 November 2021. The reporting date is 25 November 2021.

 The Community Affairs Legislation Committee is holding a public hearing for its inquiry into the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Participant Service Guarantee and Other Measures) Bill 2021 on Friday, 12 November 2021. The committee had agreed to provide an opportunity for individuals to make a short statement about what the bill would mean for them. Registrations for this part of the hearing program are now closed.
