4.1 The Committee reports to the Senate that it has considered the Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency Bill 1996, the Reform of Employment Services Bill 1996 and the Reform of Employment Services (Consequential Provisions) Bill 1996 and RECOMMENDS that the Bills proceed.
