Appendix 1 - List of departments, executive agencies and other non-corporate Commonwealth entities required to present annual reports to the Senate

[1]        Incorporates the financial statements for the Australian National Preventative Health Agency at Appendix 4 and the report of the Australian Digital Health Agency at Appendix 5.

[2]        Includes the report of the Clinical Advisory Committee.

[3]        NHPA was abolished from 30 June 2016 and its annual reporting responsibilities were transferred to DOH. Division 4 of schedule 7 of the Budget Savings (Omnibus) Act 2016 includes provisions for NHPA's final reporting.
