The Joint Committee of Public Accounts and Audit is conducting an inquiry into procurement at Services Australia and the National Disability Insurance Agency, with a particular focus on the matters contained in or related to the Independent Review of Services Australia and NDIA Procurement and Contracting (the 'Watt review').

The committee invites submissions addressing the terms of reference by 6 June 2023.

On 11 May 2023 the Committee resolved to publish a redacted copy of documents referred to during the Committee's 14 April Commonwealth procurement inquiry public hearing. The documents relate to entities involved in the procurements at Services Australia and the NDIA that gave rise to the Watt review. The documents can be found at this link.
