As part of the inquiry, the Committee may invite members of the community to make short statements by telephone about their experience, and about how the family law system can better protect people affected by family violence.
By completing this form, you are expressing your interest in making a statement by telephone to the Committee. Statements will be limited to three minutes in length.
While the Committee would like to be able to hear from everyone wishing to participate, this may not be possible. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee that you will be able to make a statement to the Committee. If you are shortlisted to make a statement, you will be contacted by the committee secretariat for further information by 31 August 2017.

Given the sensitive nature of the inquiry, participants are asked to ensure that the names and identifying details of parties involved in family law matters, particularly children, are not disclosed when providing input to the inquiry.
