Inquiry into campaigning at polling places

On Wednesday 17 June 2015 the Committee adopted an inquiry referred by the Special Minister of State, Senator Ronaldson, asking the Committee to inquire into and report on rules and practices in relation to campaign activities in the vicinity of polling places.

This inquiry lapsed when the Joint Standing Committee on Electoral Matters ceased to exist at the dissolution of the Senate and the House of Representatives on Monday 9 May 2016.  Submissions cannot be received.
