Corrigendum

1.1Paragraph 1.32 of the committee’s interim report stated that Infosys ‘paid significant funds to Synergy 360, including approximately $16 million in success fees’.

1.2By way of clarification, Infosys' evidence was that approximately $16 million of fees was paid to Synergy 360, which included around 15 per cent or $2.4 million in success fees.
