Expansion of ACLEI’s jurisdiction and the corruption vulnerabilities of law enforcement agencies’ contracted services

On 10 August 2021, the committee agreed to inquire into and report on the expansion of ACLEI’s jurisdiction and the corruption vulnerabilities of law enforcement agencies’ contracted services. The inquiry’s terms of reference can be found here.

The committee requested submissions by Friday, 8 October 2021, noting that it was able to consider and receive submissions after that date.

This inquiry lapsed when the membership of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on the Australian Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity ceased to exist at the dissolution of the House of Representatives on Monday 11 April 2022.
