Fair Trade (Workers' Rights) Bill 2013

On 27 June 2013 the Senate referred the Fair Trade (Workers' Rights) Bill 2013 for inquiry and report.

On 4 December 2013 the Senate agreed that the bill be re-referred.

Submissions should be received by 14 February 2014. The reporting date is 4 March 2014. 

The Committee is seeking written submissions from interested individuals and organisations preferably in electronic form submitted online or sent by email to fadt.sen@aph.gov.au as an attached Adobe PDF or MS Word format document. The email must include full postal address and contact details.  Alternatively, written submissions may be sent the committee at the address listed below.
