COAG Legislation Amendment Bill 2021 [Provisions]

On 2 September 2021, the Senate referred the provisions of the COAG Legislation Amendment Bill 2021 to the Finance and Public Administration Legislation Committee (committee) for inquiry and report by 14 October 2021.

The committee is still conducting its inquiry on this bill and requests an extension of time to report until Tuesday, 19 October 2021, to allow it to consider the evidence received and conclude its deliberations.
