Australian Antarctic Division funding

Progress report

On 9 August 2023, the Senate referred an inquiry into Australian Antarctic Division funding to the Environment and Communications References Committee, for inquiry and report by 30 November 2023.

On 28 November 2023, the committee was granted an extension of time for the report until 20 March 2024.

On 20 March 2024, the committee was granted a further extension of time for the report until 8 May 2024.

The committee requests a further extension of time to report until 9 May 2024, to allow it to consider the evidence received and to conclude its deliberations.
