Annual Reports (No. 2 of 2020)

Pursuant to Senate standing order 25(20), I present to you Annual Reports No. 2 of 2020 of the Education and Employment Legislation Committee. The committee reports that it does not have any annual reports to review for the purposes of its Report on Annual Reports No. 2 of 2020.

The committee is not obliged to report on Acts, statements of corporate intent, surveys, policy papers, budget documents, corporate plans or errata. Accordingly, the following documents, tabled between 1 November 2019 and 30 April 2020, were referred to the committee for information only and are not examined in this report:

  • Australian Building and Construction Commission, Performance of the functions and the exercise of power of the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner—Quarterly report for the period 1 April to 30 June 2019;

  • Australian Building and Construction Commission, Performance of the functions and exercise of power of the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner—Quarterly report for the period 1 July to 30 September 2019;
  • Fair Work Act 2009—Quarterly reports by the Commonwealth Ombudsman for the periods:
    • 1 January to 31 March 2019;
    • 1 April to 30 June 2019;
    • 1 July to 30 September 2019;
    • 1 October to 31 December 2019.
