National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Getting the NDIS Back on Track No. 1) Bill 2024

Progress report

On 27 June 2024, the Senate referred an inquiry into the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Getting the NDIS Back on Track No. 1) Bill 2024 to the Senate Community Affairs Legislation Committee. The committee is due to report by 5 August 2024.

The committee requests an extension of time to report until 9 August 2024 to allow it to conduct an additional hearing.
