Terms of reference

The Attorney-General, the Hon Mark Dreyfus KC MP, wrote to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security on 3 April 2024 to refer the Counter-Terrorism Legislation Amendment (Declared Areas) Bill 2024 for inquiry and report pursuant to subparagraph 29(1)(b)(ia) of the Intelligence Services Act 2001.
