Terms of reference

The Attorney-General, the Hon Mark Dreyfus KC MP, wrote to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security on 15 March 2024 to refer items 153 to 158 of Schedule 5 to the Crimes and Other Legislation Amendment (Omnibus No. 1) Bill 2024 for inquiry and report, pursuant to subsection 110A(11) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.

The Attorney-General wrote to the Committee again on 3 April 2024 to refer the remaining parts of the Bill.
