Overall conclusion

The Committee is satisfied that the appropriate process has been followed and that Ansar Allah meets the definition of a terrorist organisation. Specifically, the organisation is directly engaged in preparing, planning, assisting in or fostering the doing of terrorist acts.

The Committee therefore supports the listing of Ansar Allah as a terrorist organisation under the Criminal Codeand finds no reason to disallow the legislative instrument.
