Conclusion

5.1 The Committee has examined the annual reports for 1997-98 prepared pursuant to Part 4A of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission Act 1989 and s.133 of the Native Title Act 1993. On its examination, the Committee finds them to be satisfactory.
