Conclusion

5.1 Having examined the annual reports for 1996-97 prepared pursuant to Part 4A of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission Act 1989 and s.133 of the Native Title Act 1993, the Committee finds them to be apparently satisfactory.
