Financial products are divided into two categories, Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Tier 2 products are usually simpler products and include general insurance
products (except for personal sickness and accident), consumer credit
insurance, basic deposit products, non-cash products and First Home Saver
Accounts. Tier 1 products are more complex and include investment products−for example,
