Information about the Inquiry


On 16 August 2012, the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services initiated an inquiry into Family Business in Australia.

Submissions should be received by 31 October 2012. On 1 November 2012, the committee granted an extension of time for submissions until 30 November 2012.

The initial reporting date was 27 February 2013.
On  8 March  2013, the committee granted an extension to the reporting date until  20 March 2013.

The Committee is seeking written submissions from interested individuals and organisations preferably in electronic form submitted online or sent by email to corporations.joint@aph.gov.au as an attached Adobe PDF or MS Word format document. The email must include full postal address and contact details.
