Terms of reference

That the following matter be referred to the Joint Standing Committee on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs for inquiry and report by 1December2022:

Community safety, support services and job opportunities in the Northern Territory, with particular reference to:

1. The preparation for the sunsetting of the Stronger Futures legislation
2. Community safety and alcohol management
3. Job opportunities and Community Development Program reform
4. Justice reinvestment communities services, and
5. Any related matters.
