The DPS Data Sharing Policy (PDF, 456 KB) applies to the sharing of public sector data under the Data Availability and Transparency Act 2022 (the Act) which establishes a best practice scheme for sharing public sector data – the DATA Scheme.

As custodians of public sector data, the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is committed to consider and respond to all requests received from accredited users for public sector data within a reasonable period in conjunction with the DPS Privacy Policy (PDF, 321 KB).
